CSSA 诚招 division chairs, volunteers, 和 department representatives。
欢迎任何热心于为整个中国人社区服务的人申请一个或多个职位。
所有工作都将会合理的平衡分配，任何人不会耗费太多时间和精力。因此在CSSA工作不会影响到您的学习和工作。
你能够在CSSA工作中获得更多朋友, 社会活动经验, 快乐, 成就感以及更多。恳切希望您能站出来为大家工作！
chair将管理部门工作。如果您申请division chair，请写一个 您想领导的部门的工作计划，
几个字或长篇大论都可以。一个部门可以有一个或几个 division chair，取决于有多少工作量。
volunteer 将在您感兴趣的部门承担一些很小的工作和责任。 时间上完全不受限制。
如果你要申请volunteer，请注明你希望在哪个（些）部门工作。
每一个系需要一个或几个 representative。representative 将帮助CSSA内部和整个中国人社区沟通。
同时为新生提供信息。如果你申请representative，请注明你的系，学院名称。
同时我们也需要来自 orchard down, residence halls 等的 representative。.

Division of Finance: 管理账目和筹集资金，申请学校资金SORF.
Division of Propagation: 设计和发布海报和传单。发布告示。

Subdivision of Movies: 组织放映电影，组织DVD，录像带借阅。

Subdivision of Basketball: 组织篮球比赛，训练。
Subdivision of Football: 组织足球比赛，训练。
Subdivision of Volleyball: 组织排球比赛，训练。
Subdivision of Badminton: 组织羽毛球比赛，训练。
Subdivision of Tennis: 组织网球比赛，训练。
Subdivision of Table Tennis: 组织乒乓球比赛，训练。
Division of Traveling: 组织近距离旅行，远足，钓鱼等。为长途旅行提供信息。
Division of Networking: 设计和更新CSSA网页。
Division of Logistics: 在各个活动中购买必需品和安排设备。

CSSA is recruiting some division chairs, volunteers, and department representatives ALL THE TIME.
Anyone who is enthusiastic in providing services for the whole Chinese community is welcome to apply one or more positions.
All the work will be properly balanced so that everyone will NOT take too much time and effort.
So working in CSSA will NOT have negative effect on your studying and working.
The only things you will get are friends, experience, joy, achievement and much more. Do not hesitate to stand out now!
The division Chair will take charge of a particular division. If you are applying for a division Chair, please write a brief plan for the division(s) you want to lead. A few words and long speech are both acceptable. Each division will have one or several chairs depending on how much work we need to put in.
The volunteers will take some little duty and little responsibility in some activities you are interested in. The schedule is totally flexible. If you are applying for a volunteer, please indicate which one or more divisions you want to work in.
Representative(s) are needed from each department. The representatives will help communicate between inside CSSA and the whole Chinese community. Also they will provide information to new students. If you are applying for a department representative, please indicate your department name and college name (e.g. Engineering, CBA, etc). We also need representative(s) from orchard down, residence halls, etc.

Divisions Lists:
Division of Finance: Accounting and fund raising. Apply SORF.
Division of Propagation: Design and distribute posters and flyers. Making announcements.
Division of Journalism: Write reports and take photos for activities. Publish CSSA news letter.
Division of Public Relation: Communicate with other organizations inside and outside school. Respond to inquiries.
Division of New Student:
Subdivision of Picking up: Pick up new students.
Subdivision of Housing: Locate for temporary and permanent housing for new students.
Division of Career: Organize speeches and seminars and collect information about job hunting, changing visa status, financing, etc
Division of Life: Collect information about housing, autos, food, etc. Edit new student handbook.
Division of Dependence: Organize activates for parents, spouses, kids.
Division of Recreation:
Subdivision of Parties: Organize parties such as Moon Festival party, Spring Festival party and other smaller parties.
Subdivision of Dancing: Organize dance parties and dancing training.
Subdivision of Movies: Organize movie shows and DVD/Video tape exchange club.
Division of Sports:
Subdivision of Basketball: Organize training and matches for basketball.
Subdivision of Soccer: Organize training and matches for football.
Subdivision of Volleyball: Organize training and matches for volleyball.
Subdivision of Tennis: Organize training and matches for tennis.
Subdivision of Badminton: Organize training and matches for badminton.
Subdivision of Table Tennis: Organize training and matches for table tennis.
Division of Traveling: Organize short distance traveling, hiking, fishing, etc. Also provide information about long-distance traveling.
Division of Networking: Design and update the CSSA website.
Division of Logistics: Purchase requisites and arrange equipments for all the activities.
