各位UI的中国同学和学者们，
你们好！
CSSA（中国学生学者联谊会）成立至今已经有10年有余，其宗旨在于服务中国人社区，促进中国人社区内部的联系交流和建设。相信收到这封信的您也曾经参加过CSSA的活动，接受过CSSA的服务，或者曾经在CSSA中任职。新的一届CSSA马上就要开始运作，我们真诚期待您的加入。在这里能够结交到更多的朋友，锻炼自己的能力。你们的参与和支持是CSSA工作的原动力。
CSSA 诚招副主席、财政部长、秘书长、各部门部长以及志愿者。欢迎任何热心于为整个中国人社区服务的人申请一个或多个职位。
副主席统筹1-2个部门的工作，策划及组织CSSA各项活动。
财政部长负责管理账目，筹集资金，申请学校基金。
部长将具体管理部门工作。如果您申请部长，请写一个你想领导的部门的工作计划，字数不限。
部门列表及简介：
新生部：统计新生信息，安排新生接机及临时住宿，编辑新生手册，组织新生orientation, BBQ。
职业发展部：组织包括理财、车、房、税、移民等方面的知识讲座；与当地组织或华人社团建立广泛联系。
校友联系部：建设校友联络网站，举办毕业生聚会，请校友回校举办讲座交流活动。
娱乐部：组织各种形式的聚会如郊游、BBQ、钓鱼、划船、滑雪等，举办主题party如K歌、棋牌、麻将、舞会、电影等。支持各大俱乐部的发展。
体育部：各大体育俱乐部的联盟。包括篮球、足球、排球、羽毛球、网球、乒乓球、远足、摄影、舞蹈等俱乐部。
公共关系部：负责与新闻媒体及校内外各组织的联络；定期做面向全体中国学生和学者的调查，咨询活动举办方式和活动效果反馈，回答外界咨询。
宣传部：与CSSA活动有关的艺术策划和宣传，如设计和发布海报和传单。发布告示。为活动撰写报道和拍摄照片。
网络部：设计和更新CSSA网页，维护CSSA-Mailing List，提供网络相关技术支持，协助校友联络部网站建设。
本科生部：促进本科生和研究生的交流，举办针对本科生的活动。
学者部：建立学生与学者们的联系和交流，举办针对学者的活动。

Dear all,
CSSA (Chinese Students and Scholar Association) have been found more than ten years, serving the Chinese community and promoting the communication between each other. We would start a new year’s work soon. Now begins the recruiting season!
Below are the divisions and members to be recruited:
Vice president, Treasure, General Secretary; Director of Division of New Student, Career Development, Entertainment, Sports, Public Relationship, Propagation, Net Work, Undergraduate, Scholar.
Following is the brief introduction for some of the divisions:
New Students Reception
Including pick up, housing, new student handbook, orientation and new students BBQ, etc. Based on previous experience, take as careful as possible everything in consideration so that the new students could feel home here; connect new and old students; new students are the most passionate and creative group that could potentially be recruited by and contribute to CSSA.
Career Development
As previous models of workshops, carry on the similar ideas covering finance, autos, tax, immigration, etc. Make key point as career development, relevant legitimacy issues and identity issues.
Entertainment
Hole various kinds of parties such as camping, BBQ, boating, ski, etc, and thesis parties such as KaraOK, cards, Majiang, dancing, and movies, etc.
Public Relationship and Propagation
The former includes connection to media journalisms, and organizations within or out of campus; the latter is in charge of all activities involved in art design and propagation.
Alumni
Cooperate with net working, aim to establish and improve an accurate as well as dynamic information platform, the data base and internet web site. Try graduation parties to maintain the precious source of UIUC alumni.
